• pre-fall. The only child of a famous actress — Vivian Sinclair — and often left to his own devices, Nishad was independent from the start. He also, unfortunately, craved being the center of attention because his mother always treated him as the star of the show when she wasn't too busy to be.
• the fall. Nishad and his mother were chipped and life went on as normal, except the needier parts of his personality were... muted. He no longer craved attention, or wished his mother had more time for him, or... well, any of it. Instead, he was simply at peace — with himself, with his mother, with life.
• veiled. Instead of following his mother into the grand bland life of movies, Nishad pursued a career as a pilot and then, shortly after, transitioned into being a flight instructor instead. His mother continued to make flat, lifeless movies under the Architects reign.
• unveiled. At the age of 22, Nishad's implant began to malfunction. The onslaught of emotions was A Lot, but he was intercepted before he arrived at his appointment for implant repair. He was moved to Saldanha Bay to contend with his emotions and remember how to be a human.
• dislinked. Shortly after he turned 26, he was recruited by Nikola Novak to join Dislinked. He served as a pilot for a few years, a trainer positioned in a stronghold in the Sahara for a few more, and then moved back to the Mnemo as a squadron leader in 18 AI.
